- ▪ Once your order has been shipped, track your shipment in [My Page > My Orders]. You can change the shipping address directly in [My Page > My Orders] until the order is ready for shipping. However, the country of the shipping address cannot be changed.
- ▪ Duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay these fees upon delivery.
- ▪ If duties or import taxes are not paid, shipments may be delayed, returned, or undelivered. In such cases, the buyer assumes all responsibility.
- ▪ Notify us of any lost or returned shipments within 30 days from the shipping date to help you locate your package.
- ▪ Shipments returned due to customer-related reasons (incorrect address, unclaimed packages, unavailable to sign for delivery, etc.) can be reshipped upon payment of the same shipping fee (please contact Club JEM customer service). If you choose a refund instead, only the items’ costs will be refunded, and the original shipping fee of the order is non-refundable.

- ▪ If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- ▪ Once opened, items cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind.
- ▪ To qualify for an exchange or refund in the case of faulty or missing items, please record a video of yourself unboxing the package. The video must clearly show the tracking number on the box and the contents inside. Requests without this video may be declined.
- ▪ Ensure that your video clearly captures all sides of the unopened box and the process of opening the package.
- ▪ Photo cards may have minor imperfections such as small scratches or indentations. These are not considered defects, and exchanges or returns will not be accepted in such cases.
- ▪ Any defects in the received items must be clearly visible without light reflection to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- ▪ To request an exchange or return: Go to My Page > Customer Service > 1:1 Inquiry.
- ▪ Exchange and return request approval is subject to the following conditions:
- ▪ No more than 7 days have passed since you received your package.
- ▪ The product packaging has not been damaged (except when opened solely to check the product).
- ▪ The product has not been damaged or destroyed due to customer negligence.
- ▪ The product has not been used or partially consumed.

To ensure a smooth and accurate delivery process, please follow the address guidelines below when placing your order. Entering your address correctly will help prevent delays and ensure your package arrives safely.
1. For International Shipping (Outside of South Korea)
All parts of your shipping address must be written in English. This includes your name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country. Orders with non-English characters may be delayed or cancelled.
2. For Domestic Shipping (Within South Korea)
If your order is being shipped to an address within South Korea, you may write the address in Korean or in both Korean and English.

If your order contains a mix of pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together. Your package will only be dispatched once all the pre-order items in your order are available and ready to ship.

If you would like to receive your available items as quickly as possible, we highly recommend placing two separate orders:
- one exclusively for your in-stock items and
- another one for your pre-order items.
