Caution

Shipping
◽ Once your order has been shipped, track your shipment in [My Page > My Orders]. You can change the shipping address directly in [My Page > My Orders] until the order is ready for shipping. However, the country of the shipping address cannot be changed.
◽ Duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay these fees upon delivery.
◽ If duties or import taxes are not paid, shipments may be delayed, returned, or undelivered. In such cases, the buyer assumes all responsibility.
◽ Notify us of any lost or returned shipments within 30 days from the shipping date to help you locate your package.
Exchange & Return Policy
◽ If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
◽ Once opened, items cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind.
◽ To qualify for an exchange or refund in the case of faulty or missing items, please record a video of yourself unboxing the package. The video must clearly show the tracking number on the box and the contents inside. Requests without this video may be declined.
◽ Ensure that your video clearly captures all sides of the unopened box and the process of opening the package.
◽ Photo cards may have minor imperfections such as small scratches or indentations. These are not considered defects, and exchanges or returns will not be accepted in such cases.
◽ Any defects in the received items must be clearly visible without light reflection to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
How to request an exchange or return
◽ Go to My Page > Customer Service > 1:1 Inquiry.
Exchange and return request approval is subject to the following conditions:
◽ No more than 7 days have passed since you received your package.
◽ The product packaging has not been damaged (except when opened solely to check the product).
◽ The product has not been damaged or destroyed due to customer negligence.
◽ The product has not been used or partially consumed.
