Exchange and return policy
◽ If any items you received are defective or the wrong item, request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
◽ Once opened, items cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind.
◽ To ensure you can receive an exchange or refund in the event of any faulty or missing items, record a video of yourself opening your package, clearly showing the tracking number on the box and the contents of the box. Requests for an exchange or refund may be rejected without this video recording.
◽ Ensure that all sides of the unopened box and the opening of the box can be clearly seen in the video recording.
◽ Photo cards may exhibit minor imperfections, such as scratches and depressions. We do not accept requests for an exchange or return on account of such imperfections.
◽ To request an exchange or refund, any defect in your received items must be visible without light reflection.
How to request an exchange or return
◽ Go to My Page > Customer Service > 1:1 Inquiry.
Your request for exchange or return will not be accepted if:
◽ It has been more than 7 days since you received your package
◽ Product packaging is damaged and the product has lost its value (Except when packaging has been removed to check the product)
◽ Product has been destroyed or damaged due to your negligence
◽ Product has been used and partially consumed, and has lost its value as a new item
◽ Product has lost its value, as too much time has passed and the product cannot be resold
◽ Packaging of a product that can be copied or reproduced has been removed
