Shipping
◽ Once your order has been shipped, track your shipment in [My Page > My Orders]. You can change the shipping address directly in [My Page > My Orders] until the order is ready for shipping. However, the country of the shipping address cannot be changed.
◽ See the bottom of this page for a list of the countries shipping is possible.
◽ Duties are not included in the shipping cost. You may be required to pay duties and import taxes on delivery according to your country's policy.
◽ Shipments may fail, not arrive to you, or be rejected if you do not pay the duties or import taxes. In such case, you the buyer assume all liability.
◽ Notify us of any lost or returned shipments within 30 days from the shipping date to help you locate your package.
